Last year we stayed at Cowboy RV Park .It has full hookups. Not too bad of a place. I will stay there again.

roinhome - good job. I was going to suggest the fairgrounds too. We had planned to stay there as an overnight on one trip, but plans changed and didn't. I had it all mapped out too!

Whatever you do, avoid the KOA.

Agree with Cowboy RV and staying away from KOA.

Safe travels

Bannock County Fairgrounds--electric and water with dumpstation--pretty quiet most of the time. Also Fort Hall Casino RV park ten miles north of town on I-15.

Thank to all for the suggestions, actually it was so early when we got there we decided to continue on north on 15, thought maybe to Dubois? That didn't work so we kept going and as we started up the divide headed north towards Butte we ran into what seemed like a blizzard for us Arizona folk. Only slush on the road everything else was turning white pretty fast. Finally saw a sigh for RV Park at Lima,MT. It was nothing special but I was parked and happy, water, elec.,sewer $16.08 with tax. I would have gladly paid twice that just to get off the highway
At a KOA in Missoula now, they always seem spendy to me but this is a very nice park.

I'll bet you had a fun drive considering how windy it was here Saturday! Don't envy you those miles between Idaho Falls and Spencer--the wind just booms thru there. Glad you made it ok.
