The 2013 Northwest Spring Rally will be held on May 17-19, 2013 at Willamette Wine Country RV Park in Dayton, OR (just outside of McMinnville. You can come earlier and/or stay later too if you'd like.
The park puts groups in the rows starting with sites 128, 175 and 176. They also hold sites 1-3 (back-ins). You can choose any site though, as long as it is available of course.
Registration details
Contact the park to select your site (800/844-1492). Tell them you are with the "RV dot NET Northwest" group.
I will reply to your PM with my address for you to send me a check for $31.82, which I must receive by April 10th. This is to cover your first night. You will pay your balance when you arrive at the park.
Cancellation policy: Normally, it's one night's stay, but since that is all that is required ahead of time, I'm sure we could work something out to get your money back if you had to cancel in the last 30 days. (The park would apply your night's payment to someone else's balance and they could pay you back.)
Unless otherwise noted above, everyone is assumed to be coming in on Friday and leaving Sunday.
Silent Auction
To help offset some of the expenses involved in putting on the rally, we ask that each rig bring an item for the Silent Auction. Don't spend more than $15, unless you really want to spend more on the item. Bring it wrapped so we can't tell what it is. And please, NO "White elephant" items. We had some really great items at past rallies.

Getting to the park
Some people had problems last time we went here when they followed the instructions from their GPS units. If you're coming from the Portland area and your GPS unit tells you to turn at Kreder Rd, [b[ignore it! Continue on down highway 18 and turn left, right into the park. See the park's website for more info.
Good news--we can probably come next year! In fact, I just made reservations since I want Space #1 for the 3rd time. At best my walking ability isn't good, and right now I'm hobbling with a meniscus tear in my right knee--surgery 29 June after our Northwoods Owners rally. That was the easiest registration I've ever made. Name only--she took no more info--just confirm/cancel 30 days ahead.

Going to jump this to the top and maybe we can kill the other post. We are planning to be there and it looks like it will just be a stop on our way home from Yuma. I will make my reservation a bit later but we know now that my health is good and the doc in Yuma is a Quack A Matic and should be doing a lot of things but doctoring is probably not one of them. Five months wondering if I was going to live to see the next day and now we find out after testing here there has never been a problem...
Glad to hear you and Sue are planning a stop at next year's rally. Keep me posted when you make your reservations.
When you get back down to Yuma, you should look that quack up and tell him how wrong he was, and make sure to tell everyone else down there too! Word of mouth goes a long way...good and bad.
