I have looked and looked but cant find anything reasonably priced. Prefer a public or state park type facility with electric. After reading the ratings given to Beaver Pond CG in Harriman State Park, will not go there. This is for over Labor Day weekend.

You should also take those reviews with a grain of salt, and break them down, to see if their issues would effect you. I've seen people who gave a terrible rating, because the shower was dirty.....yet, we use the shower in our RV, so really don't care.
There is not a whole lot in that area....you may want to head up to the Poconos or Adirondacks....a bit further, but better selection.
You can also go to Florida (NY) This park got pretty good reviews, but at $50 you may not consider it "reasonable"......but since it's one of the very few parks in the area, I guess they can get what they want?
A lot of us just stay home on those holiday weekends, and take the extra day another time.
