We had a great week (M-F) at the Luray VA Yogi Bear Jellystone. Nice clean campground and well run. No problems at all and couldn't beat the $185 for the week including golf cart price. We will be keeping this one on our list. FYI----81 to 211 was a mountain and a half climb (like going up a volcano) on the way in and we took the Front Royal way home to Western MD saving time and gas.

That's wonderful. We will be arriving on Wednesday afternoon for a few days. Hope it is just as good for us.

$185 for the week with a rented golf cart price included (for all those days?)

wow

I have to check that out. I thought most Jellies were in the $45-55 range for site.

off to google this park

edited to say----
OK I literally ran off and googled. Prices are not low. golf carts are $40 per day...min 2 days rental.

HOW DID YOU get your prices? What secret do you know? Can you pass it on to me. (maybe reward points or something?)

Look at their specials. Thats when we go otherwise its getting to expensive at the Jellystones. The one in Hagerstown is outragous unless you hit a special. I just found our Luray VA Jellystone brochure and our package was the Summer Opeaning Package which was held for the nights of May 28-31st and June 4-7**Red carpet sites 200, other campsites 185, camping cabin 250, cozy cabin 400, comfort /skyline cabin 450 and deluxe cabin was 550---4 nights of camping including golf care, unlimited waterslide, mini golf, laser tag and paddle boat use. FYI- The only other specials left is Super Splash which was for 5 nights Jun 10-14, Aug 19-23 and Aug 26-30 with all the same amentities included but the campsite is 400. Ask to be put on their mailing list to get a brochure for next year so you can hit the special and have fun.
