I had a similar experience when I called the day after memorial day for roadside service and I was told all of the mobile techs were too busy or tied up with customers because of the previous holiday! No one could be found for me so I had to hire a truck mechanic Just see if the problem could be fixed! It could not! I emailed a complaint since I'm a dues paying member and talked to Ernestine only to play phone tag with her and she never returned my phone calls!!! What a disappointment this service is!!!! I'm sorry I signed up for it!!!!!
I'm the original poster who was complaining about my experience with Good Sam. Zack, with Good Sam Roadside Assistance, saw this post and contacted me. After a little investigation, Zack reassured me that I should not expect a repeat of that first experience. A little training and/or coaching, along with a proper understanding of customer service responsibilities, will help ensure better customer service.
I came away from our conversation with a feeling that Good Sam will be there to help if I ever need their services again.
I just wanted to make sure that everybody sees that Good Sam did answer my complaint. It's all good.
