I think I've had all 6 sensors reporting at the same time once or twice, but mostly I get 3 or 4 after up to 20 minutes to finally start showing pressure. The ones that won't respond can be forced on by unscrewing them from the valve stem and they will cause an alarm and read 0 pressure. Today I just removed all the sensors and threw them in my toolbox, I certainly couldn't recommend a TST507 to anyone. Mine is a POS waste of money.
I had the same problem the first time I installed them. A little closer inspection revealed some of the valve stems had cores that were recessed up to 1/8". I had the stems with the recessed cores replaced with ones with the core as close to even with the outer tube as possible. Now all the sensors read properly and are picked up by the display within seconds.
If you look at the sensors you'll notice the pad that presses against the valve core only has a raised area about 1/8" in diameter and only about 1/16" high. If the valve cores are recessed too far into the stem the plate can't make contact to allow air pressure into the sensor.
If you don't want to replace the valve stems you can LIGHTLY file the threaded end of the tube to get the end of the valve core closer to the end of the tube. I tried it on ours before eventually replacing the stems. It worked fine and all the sensors were picked up. Unfortunately the stems were the wrong configuration and I couldn't reinstall the wheel covers without interfering with the sensors. Rather than drive without the wheel covers I had the stems replaced.
Perfect explanation as to why many senders don't read any number of pressure or a wrong reading.

When we bought new tires last fall two of the valves were shorter. The brass colored ones were fine but the chrome looking ones must have been cheaper quality. I changed them out myself. On the front I got lucky and lost little air in the process. On a dual I dropped the new valve and would have went flat if not for the other tire.
After changing them TST sensors started sending info.
From some of the posts trouble shooting skills seem to vary. Throwing a safety item into the trash can that can help prevent the death of a child or senior boggles my mind.

I've had no problems with the TST system I have. They read the pressures & temperatures on all the tires of our fifth wheel & truck without fail. I will up the bidding to $130 plus shipping. Then I'll sell them on Ebay for $400.

We have had the TST system for 2 years now and have also had problems with bad sensors. So far they have replaced the bad sensors for us. We can't seem to get all 10 sensors to work at once...at least not for very long. We're currently running with only the front two on the toad. I get tired of sending them back for replacements. I don't know if it's the batteries. I wish we had the sensors that had replaceable batteries.....But...we do like it...when all sensors are working at the same time.

Never had a problem with the old system. With the new system (I have one in the toad and one in the RV), the toad system works perfectly by itself but when I use the RV system which tracks all the sensors, the RV panel ends up dropping a tire or two consistently after driving for hours. If I unplug the panel and reset it, it picks up the sensors again. They sent me a different repeater to try, same issue. Now they are replacing my panel. Hopefully that fixes it. Don't be so quick to upgrade.

I don't think the OP cares. He hasn't responded since his original post.

I too bought the 507 with great expectations and have been really disappointed. The installation instructions were very confusing, the quality of the monitor is well below current electronics standards and false alarms are the norm. All things equal, I rather have my $500 back

Gale, how safe is a system that constantly makes your tires go low? Now that I have been without my TST, my tires have been perfectly air up with no adjustments in at least 9 months. It wasn't that way with my TST.
And, you get tired of constantly calling the manufacturer for replacements. Piece of junk (the old ones). Checking my tires before each departure has worked well for me so far and 52,400 miles.

I've just finished rereading all these posts and I think you guys have convinced me to stick with my Pressure Pro, so far in my 5 years of having it I've had zero issues. Was thinking of changing to the TST but I really rethinking that now.
