I just bought a very used 1984 Starcraft Constellation 24. I am going to want/need to get some parts for it as time goes on. Everything structurally is pretty sound, but things like taillight covers are really dark, I'd like to get an awning for it...and things of that nature are what I'm looking to do.

Does anyone have any idea where I would look to find these types of things? I'm a complete newbie with this stuff.

Thanks

I don't live in Oregon, but just did a Google search "RV Salvage, Bend OR" and had some results come up. Because I don't know the area, I have no clue what kind of places these are. But that's a start for you.

Key word to search "RV Salvage". See what happens. Good luck!

Clint, some good news for you. Outside of the roof, cabinets, and walls everything else in the PopUp was sourced from outside. Which means if they bought it so can you.
There might be an issue of the part or parts being no longer made, but we've found replacement designs are available and in most cases require no mods to install.
As to where? PPL motor homes and Camping World
are placecs to start. We have great results in Google searchs for any specific part as well.

We have a '68 Starcraft Starmaster 8 that is still going strong. We replaced the canvas about 15 years ago with a new set from Bear Creek Canvas. At that time we purchased an awning (canopy) w/poles that fit in the track installed by Starcraft. Ours is a completely manual detach/attach fold up unit for our older trailer. Bear Creek may carry a replacement awning for your trailer.

Bear Creek Canvas

The workmanship on the Bear Creek Canvas is very good and the replacement canvas had some nice updated features not on the original '68 canvas such as tinted vinyl windows on both sides.

OK...next question. Is there a place online where I can find an owner's manual? I haven't looked terribly extensively yet - just googled my request, but thought I'd put it out here and see what you guys have to say.

Thanks
