Spree 321 BHS

The one I prefer. It is about 7.5 hrs away but have a buddy that lives 1 hr away from dealership. Comes with Equal-i-zer hitch. Also has the outdor kitchen. Has a extra bed in the bunk area. Doesn't come with brake controller. What type brake controller p2 or p3. Heaviest of the three by about 500lbs.

Spree 318 BHS

About 3 hours away. Comes ready to camp with the hitch they prefer to use and brake controller. Only about $400 cheaper than the 321.

Sunset Trail ST29SS

About 3 hours away. Still negotiating price but will be about the same price as the 318. Wife doesn't like the fireplace.

That's a tough one. I assume you like the first one because it's the only one with the outdoor kitchen? Otherwise it's similar to the 2nd.

The middle one looks like more open floor space which might be handy on a rainy day!

What are the holding tank sizes of each...something you should not forget to consider....especially the gray tanks that can fill up real fast with showers, dishes, hand washing, etc.

Also compare storage..inside like closets, wardrobes, etc and a pantry is a must also in my opinion.

I'd go for the first one since you like it better. Tell them that you are looking at one similar that is closer, AND $400 cheaper. However you will make the drive there and buy from them if they come down on the price a bit and/OR throw in a brake controller.

The first one! It's a great floor plan with the 2nd room, outside kitchen and bathroom entry.

The Fireplace in the 318 Sunset Trails is shown as an option by the way...so you don't HAVE to get it.

The Sunset Trail is pretty well loaded just out of the factory, and a great value. It has standards that the two KZ's have as optional at extra cost...solid surface counter tops for example, the Sunset Trails has standard satellite prep and LCD TV, standard Equa-Flex suspension which are all optional on the KZ.

It has the rare and elusive 2 year warranty too..just like the KZ. But please...I beg you to get the optional 15K roof A/C in lieu of the standard 15K!

You'll thank me.

If the 318 is loaded with the same stuff the Crossroads has as standard, then it's a coin toss...altho the Crossroads seems to have an edge.

Forget the 3rd one since the wife does not like the fireplace. If you settle for the 2nd one you will remind yourself about the 1st one you should of bought.
I wish the 1st one had a seperate outside door for the bathroom like my Jayco 32BHDS.
