We are in a 36ft Class A with "toad" looking for a good RV park in or near Tillamook Oregon for a couple days...many are listed but hard to determine which is the best to visit Tillamook, cheese factory etc.

The cheese factory has a huge parking lot with lots of big rig parking.

There are several RV parks around Tillamook. Pleasant Valley RV Park is on Hwy 101 about 6 miles south of Tillamook. There is an RV park just north and across the highway from the Cheese Factory but I don't recall the name. There are parks in Netarts, Garibaldi, Pacific City that are all within 1/2 hour of the Cheese Factory.
You can find most of them at RV park reviews.
Good luck and have fun. I live 20 miles south of Tillamook. The weather is great today.

Alas most State Parks all along the Pacific coast have been booked through Labor Day since last January...Cape Lookout is completely booked until the autumn.

I hear the Marina/RV parks are old, small, grubby and not built for a 36ft class A with 3 slide outs. We have had several oceanside parks since Malibu, a great one in Charleston/Coos Bay and looking forward to Whaler's Rest in Newport. In Tillamook we would like a nice camp convenient to sites.
