Just got back from our 1st trip today. All was good but I did notice that the two air vents in the garage had cold air coming out of them.
I would like to stop the air from coming out because we use the garage for our dirt bikes and the doors are left open in the garage 3/4 of the day. So all that cold air is just being wasted.
How or what do I need to buy to stop the air from coming out these vents. The trailer is a 5th wheel fuzion 310 2012.
The vents are round about maybe 6" or so and there is no way to close them off you can only turn them to make the air go into diff places.
Thanks Ron.

AC Ceiling Vents
I think three of the designs might work......they close off
#5840, #8840 & possibly #8850
Cheap fix.........pull vent, cut piece of plastic/wood to fit inside, reinstall.....air flow is blocked.

Cheaper fix...pull vent, wrap in Saran Wrap, pop back in place! :-)

The duct vents might be like the ones in my TT -- they do not have four screws, and seem to be snapped/pressed in. They rotate, but do not close. Unfortunately, I can't find a picture on the Internet to show what they look like.
I'd probably see if they can be pulled out without any damage, then follow an above suggestion and put a Saran Wrap covered round piece of cardboard right behind the vent cover.
Caveat: In some TTs, blocking a vent might keep enough CFM of air from going through the A/C that that the compressor or coils might freeze up.

Yea mine are like a snap in kind.
If I do block them off there are still 6 more vents that air can come from. And maybe blocking them off will save the cold air for the inside of the trailer.

If they are the snap-in kind, I'd probably go with the no-residue duct tape, or a heavy masking tape. Ugly as sin, but does the job, and if done right won't leave******on the vent.

A lot dpends on the type of vent but a couple pieces of cardboard (NO NOT the corrgrated stuff they make shipping cartons out of ,, The thick paper they make business cards out of) woudl be mysuggestion
or you could cut a piece of paneling (Wood or plastic) to the size and shape and screw it down over the vent.
Duct Tape, was also my first thought, but in truth, don't work all that well for this job.
My Class A has round ceiling vents for the A/C.. What I would use is most likely a piece of glass-epoxy printed circuit board, cut in a circle with two or three holes dirlled equidistant around the outer edge and a old fashion canning ring (big rubber ring) and screw it up.
The Glass-epoxy circuit board is .. Well,,, Overkill.
