I already know what Remco says about towing it.
What I would like is real-world reports from users about the problems that may have been encountered, or the lack of problems. Is there anything special that should be watched for when buying one? Should I even be thinking about buying one, or is a bad idea from the get-go?
I'm considering a convertible, if that makes any difference.
Just an idea at the present time, nothing definite.

They tow easily but have too many quality issues and are very cheaply built...I have one I know! Try getting hold of the factory for warranty service or parts that will tell you a whole lot about about what you have to deal with.. Peggy is in charge of the answering service, try it you'll see...There isn't enough room here to tell my experience..Cruiser 195wbs.. Check Out the fun finder forum...
"Warranty service" on a 7 year old vehicle?
I think that would be the least of my worries.
Any "parts" would come from after-market suppliers at this point, not the factory, so that isn't much of an issue, either.
However, a factual description of a few of the major problems that have been encountered would be very valuable.
