I have just had Bigfoot Hydraulic Levelers installed recently on my Class C and it seems when I level with the slides in and then put them out it goes off a bit from level, maybe due to the weight of the slide perhaps 
Does anyone put there slides out first and then Level??
Thoughts and Comments Appreciated!

Slides in. Less chassis twisting. after level and slide out. You can always make adjustment if neded.

Thx rvten.....I was also concerned with less chassis twist thats why I was always leveling first and then putting the slides out.

I level manually first with my hydraulic levelers. I make sure that I'm just a hair high on my slide side so when it goes out, it levels out.

Be very careful with answers to this question. Different brands require different procedures. You MUST only go by what your manual says. Anything else, and your warranty may be voided.

Hi,
Back in 96, before slides where as robust as they are today, I was told to always level the coach, then put out the slides. This is because the slides of that day had to be fairly level before deploying them. It makes sense to follow the same rules.
Sure if you can predict that the slide on the drivers side will lower the coach by 1/8 of a bubble, then leave that side a tiny bit high, and it should pull back to level once the slide is out. Or raise the drivers side a bit if needed once the slide is out.
But to pull into a way off level site, then put out the slide, no not a great idea. You need to get basically level before deploying the slides.
Even with my factory installed bigfoot jacks, I will still pull onto ramps if I am way off level. This is because I sometimes take the challenging sites, sometimes because that is all that is left at 9 pm on a Friday, or that they have the best views, when at the edge of the campground near a cliff! So sometimes I have to bring my front tires or rear tires up on 3 levels of 2X10's, then put the jacks down to get it level. I don't need to worry about a slide, I don't have on.

When I level, and if there's going to be a little slop, it goes up towards the slide - never down. And then the slide goes out.

We level first thing after driving into the site. This to make sure we are on a fairly level site. We have been known to LEAVE one site and seek another. I always hook the electric first so I can put the slide out. I would hate to put the slide out, find I'm not level, and have to put it back in, disconnect the power cord, pack it in, and then move the rig.

We've had this discussion many times on here, and the most common answer is level first and then slides out. Alot of rigs will lean just a tad to the sewer side for proper drainage, mine does just a bit.

Very true! Follow your manufacturers recommendation! Different makers have different opinions on when/how to level! Follow their recommendations!
