Ok folks, your answers to my question concerning Monaco Knight versus Fleetwood Revolution were very helpful. But I have one more question, (today). What kind of tow bar package do I need? If they will throw one in on the Revolution tomorrow, it's mine.

Thanks,

Steve

Steve,

Start by telling us exactly what you are towing!

You will have to look in your owners manual for proper procedure to determine proper towing requirements.

Would like to see a link to a Mazda document showing that they deem ANY of their vehicles towable 4 wheels down.

We have used Roadmaster systems for years and IMO, they are the best built on the market. You hear of less problems with them, than any other, but they are heavy and overbuilt. We were rear ended while towing and the toads rear bumper was driven into the drivers seat. I was amazed at the damage to the toad, yet the Roadmaster Falcon AT towbar and base plates did not allow the toad to become separated and cause a worse mess. I used the the same Roadmaster system on the new toad in 05 and it is still working fine.

According to the Roadmaster website, the CX-9 is NOT towable 4 down. The Tribute from 01 to 11, yes, but not the CX-9.
