A friend told me I have a pipe with a cover on it, on the side of the house, that goes to my sewer, and if I had a trailer, I could dump the black tank there. It is about a 3" pipe, black.  I hope the picture posts.
Not sure how to post a picture but I was wondering if someone could tell me if I can dump there. Maybe I can email the pic to someone, and they can post it for me?

The image did not post because "0617121849.jpg" does not refer to a file on an internet server somewhere, that is, it is not a URL, thus cannot be displayed anywhere else.
Beyond that, I'm just guessing that the photo you tried to show us is of a 3 inch sewer pipe with a plug in it on the side of your house. Unfortunately that will not show us what that pipe is connected to, so it is anybody's guess (and it would be purely a guess) as to whether you could dump sewage/black tank contents into it without dire consequences.
To get your question answered, you need to either talk to whoever installed it to find out where they routed it, or you need to get a plumber to look at it and trace the pipe to figure it out.
Maybe it goes to your city sewer line. Maybe it dumps into a pit in the back yard. Maybe it is just a clean-out. A picture of a pipe plug/cap is not especially helpful.

Remove the cap
Have some one flush toilet.......drain a sink full of water.....run the washing machine.
Look down the pipe........flash light. See/Hear water running by?
If you do......dump your trailer tanks.

Have a plumber look at it - play it safe. What Old-Biscuit suggested is correct I am sure, but don't take a chance that will cost you a lot more than having a plumber check it out.

Don't waste your money on a Plummer. It sounds like a regular clean out, just do what Old-Biscuit suggested. If your toilet water is going through it, dump away.

x2. That is how I checked mine. Flush the toilet with more than enough toilet paper in it...then watch the TP's pass by.

Depending where this pipe is located in regards to where your trailer is parked this might be an excellant case to purchase one of these FLOJET 18555-000 12VDC Waste water pump kits that will connect to your trailer waste connector and shoot the waste water down a 3/4-inch long hose into the newly found 3-inch pipe... You could easily use a 100-foot water hose with this unit. Comes in a nice case and is a good item to always carry with you in your RV tool Kit..
Available from AMAZON and other places...
