I pulled a Fusion FZ310 (almost identical your 3200 Voltage) with a 2011 F250 and 355 axle. You will HAVE to install air bags!! With air bags at 50 - 55 psi the Ford will handle that trailer just fine. Even in Colorado.
What you will find is at the scales. I was 1400 over GVWR pulling my Fuzion so I traded a perfectly good F250 with 19k miles for a new F450. I know that is overkill but I wanted plenty of truck for future work.
You will get 7mpg with your truck and Voltage if lucky. It will pull as good as my F450 does (I can't tell any difference between the trucks as far as power goes) and the F450 has 430 gears. I do notice the F450 has much better brakes and of course, the dually stability.
Your F250 will do a fine job with that Voltage but you need to understand you will need air bags and the tr5uck will be outside it's design limits.
Happy Camping!!

What gearing would you recommend?
I think the 3.55 gears will pull this trailer fine. The 6.7 makes 800 ft lbs at 1600rpm. I would not change anything with the truck. I think you have enough truck for this trailer. Would 3.73's be better towing? Sure but I dont think you will have a problem with the 3.55's I pull a 3795 with less power and 3.73:1. My trailer weighs in at 19k, pulls fine. As stated above pin weight may be a issue though.

check around, a lot of 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks have exactly the same running gear and only differ by a single leaf spring in the rear. while the badge may say 3/4 ton in reality it will do a lot more. also check the tire ratings and if necessary add air bags as others have suggested.
you can also do other upgrades to the truck that are a lot cheaper than replacing the truck. for example adding an exhaust brake (pac brake and others) will help a lot when towing any size trailer.
good luck!

Tires should be fine, Ford puts E rated on their Super Duty's
Airbags will make the ride much nicer, I've had them on all my F-250's.
that gearing with that motor will pull just fine, plenty of power.

The 3.55's are matched to the tranny really well. There is no issue.

Nice, always fun to bring home new toys.
you'll find that the airbags help improve the ride quality as well as level out the truck. I normally run mine at 45-55 when pulling, and normally have firewood in the bed of the truck as well.
