The only change on tires were load range G and pressure @ 100 psi tires, don't bow on ground between duels.Everyone had me convince of a spacing problem so I went to NAPA and got some spacers after trying tire with out them really did not need them but I did buy them so I used them, why trash them right. G rated tires were 1,000 pounds extra per tire then the others were rated. total 4,000 extra safety margin.I know from a tire engineer the difference between a trailer tire and a regular tire is the trailer tire in G range has more hefty side walls.

I used my stock rims one other posted about air pressure stating on rim of 80 psi it is because of tire which came with rim. my tire air is 100psi that's what I run. Others thinking rim will blow apart that's even crazy how many rims have you seen blow apart. Now even if you run 80 psi in them you may lose 20% of load carry, now you down to 800 pounds per tire which means total of 3200 pounds extra.

Yeah what's up with Alcoa, who advertise as making the worlds best Semi-Truck/trailer wheels... How dare they sell dangerous wheels that have an offset with 1/4" less dually kiss-spacing than stock Ford Wheels. My Goodness who can we trust anymore!

As for my Alcoa Wheels, the rear wheels once brightly polished surfaced, over time turned to a shade of blue, that is very similar to the color of metal that has been hardened by heat tempering. I may sell them on E-Bay as Limited Edition Custom Finished Wheels... Anyone know how I can make the front wheels the same shade of blue as the rears?

Oh my..... where are the Rim Police when we need them?
Not only does this Crawford rebel, run with 235 tires, but actually has 100 pounds of air in rims that have 80 pounds clearly stamped on them.
...Oh the humanity!

Perhaps if one were to re-polish the rears they would match the fronts? Did they discolor from heat?

Perhaps if they moved to higher altitude they would return to their original color and live out their lives in the peaceful splendor of the Rocky Mountains............just a thought!

My stock Ford steel rims are covered by chrome covers ... so they look like new Alcoa's all the time.
