You do realize I didn't even post an opinion this don't you? All I said is I was aware of three incidents of this happening and then you went on the attack. You really can't see that? Every time somebody comes up with advise like this (and I wasn't the advise giver) you act like they are talking personally to you and trying to force their advice on you alone and you always have to get nasty about it. Don't believe me? Just ask some of the other regulars on here. And I'm not saying I'm a saint, I like a good debate as much as the next guy, but you dish out far more than you seem to want to take.

If someone wanted nastiness in the ball game they should have called me in.

Someone asked Why is it that someone brings in helpfull info they get burned at the stake. The reason is when someone starts screaming Fire...Fire and tell the world that if you dont do it "this way" then flame will shoot up and we all will be consumed...far too many ACTUALLY KNOW its 99% hogwash. Once someone says something to that affect...then the battle ensues.

Best thing to do is when someone starts a thread telling you that death is imminent if you dont do job "X" a certain way......to just read their post then go and ignore it.

As far as im concerned mowermech and topflight are "right on" and this " dougmac" character is about as WRONG in the way he presents his "info" as one can get....but you all each have to decide for yourself

Trying to get FACTS, so as to determine the real element of risk, is being "nasty"and going on the "attack"? IMO, there was NO "attack", I merely asked about the time element in the three incidents you mentioned. Surely you can agree that three incidents in, let's say, three months shows a lot higher risk than three incidents in three years? That's all I wanted to know. If you perceived that as an "attack" on your personal integrity, again, I apologize. It was in no way intended as such.
As for what I "think" or what I possibly "meant", please remember that I always endeavor to say what I mean and mean what I say. Any deep dark hidden subliminal messages are created by the reader in his own imagination. Case in point, note that the previous sentence does NOT say "created by you in your own imagination". So, obviously, that is NOT what I meant to say. If I had meant it, I would have said it! One should read what is written, not what the reader thinks the writer meant.

MM was asking simply for a clarification, if one cannot ask for a statement to be clarified or if one cannot accept being corrected for an incorrect statement, then probably those people should probably refrain from posting. In any case there simply is no reason to get their PANTIES in a wad.

And once again MM, how would 3 incidents handled by one small adjusting firm for one insurance company in one part of California tell you anything at all about how many times this occurs?
