I seem to be only able to find recipes for the "large" in-home
Micro-Convection Ovens. I have a smaller unit microwave size in
my RV. It came with a little (I mean little) recipe book mostly
baking.

I just want some simple info & recipes. Also, can't find any
info on heating frozen stuff. Grandkids like the family size
90oz. Lasagna. It has aluminum pan. I tried puting it in a diff dish & microwaving .. uck.. so can't find out
how to just make this thing a regular oven.

I know lots of you have these Microwave-Convection ovens.

Help....

We have a GE Micro-convection oven. I either use the microwave only or the Convection Bake only features, never the Fast Bake.

Don't make any adjustments to recipes or temps for baking. Sometimes, it may need to stay in oven slightly longer. Often depends what's in the oven.

I've a home sized Sharp convection nuker not a smaller one but the cooking times and temps should be the same as the larger units assuming the power wattage is the same: decrease temperature by 25 degrees and reduce cooking time by 20% is a general formula.

Should the large lasagne not fit in your RV unit how about cutting it in half and cooking it in two pans? An electric carving knife should do the job easily.

Here's a Convection Calculator that might be of use:

As for recipes, gosh, I'd just scale down a regular convection/microwave cookbooks proportions to fit that of the smaller unit.

Thank you so much for inserting the link on the conversion calculator. I've been cutting all my recipes the same way 25%/25 degrees but this great! BIG HELP!
