This is what the page shows. The width=640 is outside the quote marks of the URL.

To correct your post just move the width=640 inside the quote marks immediately after .jpg and 1 space

[ img ]http://i49.tinypic.com/2805mx2.jpg width=640[ /img ]
remove the spaces in the img and /img tags

and you should get this:
