Just got a new class A tag. Got it home and tried the nav unit on the Jensen radio system. It is a VM9022M. Can't get the nav unit to work. Before I call Thor, does anyone have any experience with this unit?

Sorry to hear about your issue. Why not take it back to the dealer rather than call Thor? If you need to call anyone I'd be calling Jensen.
BTW: Did you do a thorough PDI? This should have been caught by you and fixed by the dealer before you took delivery....

I have a 9424; similar.
what is it doing/not doing?
Where is the antenna mounted?

Going back to dealer out of question. They are in New York, I am in South Carolina. I called Thor and they emailed me the manual they have which isn't the same exact one. Yes, I did a PDI and as typical, I had to do most of the teaching. The screen displays the camera, radio, nav, etc. The nav icon does not allow you can't select it. Appears to me that it may be missing part of the unit that was on the spec sheet. If I can't resolve it, I'll take it to a nearby Camping World, that is the group I bought it from. I am still talking a half to full day to do that.

Had the same thing. Above the instrument panel is a removable cover. Under that look for the Jenson box (black if I remember correctly) that is attached to the framing and you will find the memory chip that needs to be inserted into the box. Mine was secured with electrical tape. Once I plugged it in my nav. system it worked just fine.
