Funny how Emts/Paramedics get left out of the public safety umbrella most of the time! Most all work for what is called a private service or a third service, meaning city, county or some other municipality. They work for the same entity as police and fire, but are hardly ever recognized in the public safety umbrella!

Don't feel bad, my wife's profession is also left out, she is an RN and works at a hospital... and I own an asphalt company and build roads so all of you can get your emergency equipment to the sites... We get left out too. Guess you'll have to do as I did, pay the full amount. At least it's a lot cheaper for you now, than when I decided to join the Life Members...

Ranger-

Hi. Please send me your address and phone number via e-mail and I'll check on the status. It's most likely it has been processed. In any event we'll get it taken settled.

Thanks,
Mike

I paid $299.00 I believe for our Life Membership. Got a letter in the mail that offered it and you could pay it off over 5 months time. Been about 2-3 years ago now.

Now, I noted that as my wife and I are both police officers, she is active duty military (Air Force Reserve) where she is a certifed firefighter in our state, we qualify three ways for this discounted lifetime membership.

Yet you wont' hear me demand a refund, or complain, or start sending Mr. Lemonis e-mails. While I would have like to have only paid $149, we are young people (early 40's) and am sure we will get our $299 dollars worth over the rest of our lifetime. Heck, we already probably have with the GS discounts at RV parks, discounts on the Campground directory and FREE shipping at CW that we have already used.

For Mike
How long will this offer last? I will be 68 in 26 days. Of course, I already qualify as a Marine Corps Veteran. I am also a retired Deputy Sheriff if that also qualifies.
Anyway, back to the original question. If offer last through July, do I send a photocopy of state DL as proof of age?

Call the the phone number. They will tell you what you need to do. You will have to show proof somehow.
