Dear Marcus,

(I have been thinking about posting this for a long time now. Will probably receive some flames but I don't care)

Thanks for adding places to members to rant and complain along with questions and occasionally compliments. Do we get to do this on Amazon? Sears? Macy's? Home Depot? or other places? Do the CEOs of the places where we all work provide a "vent" option? Where we shop? Not that I know of. Some may offer it but not as visibly and conveniently as you have. One can see that you are really trying.

So here is a Thank You from a Good Sam member since 1986 and forum member from 2002.

Just ordered 4 more items from CW Online.

Again, thanks for the member free shipping.

I will have my lifetime membership paid with free shipping on sales items as well as items I needed.

CW came in with the best prices again for the items I needed when compared to Amazon, Wally, and ebay.

As a Charter Life Member, I have waited for Marcus to come a long to add $$ value to my membership.

Marcus may have a long way to go to bring all areas of GS into line, but he has already made some great strides as far as I'm concerned.

Will keep watching ERS, EW, CW Service Centers, etc.

Yes, I think Marcus and his staff are doing a great job. I don't know of any other large corporation where the executive level gets so involved at the customer level. Good Sam/Camping world is a great company to do business with. We bought our first motorhome last year. Just in the money we have saved stocking it thru Camping world coupons, discounts, and now the free shipping we have paid for our first year membership, our new lifetime membership, and our first year of Good Sam ERS. GS/Cw has changed so much in the last year that Amazon has lost a lot of my business. Keep up the good work Marcus. Thanks to you and your staff.

And with all the personal appearances he makes he is very approachable. He was very down to earth and has a genuine concern about improving CW and GS.It's a big company and it won't change over night.
The road service side is kind of out of his hands with the service providers. They can provide good service with one dispatcher/driver where as the other one might just not care as much about service.Seen that a few times when I had AAA years ago.

If more execs were as easy to contact as Marcus is then more companies would be run better. Yes you cant always satisfy everyone but its nice to know he at least cares enough to listen to peoples complaints and seems to try to fix the mess or do right by the customers.
