We are at Good Sams Rally in Louisville, KY and are considering buying a tire monitor system. The two we are looking at, are Tire Minder and TST. What one would the forum recommend or are they the about same? You are my go to guys!!!!
Thanks for all the help

I have the"TST" and haven't had any problems...plus the people at "TST" are very helpful in setting the unit up, if you need help..

I went with TireMinder. Nice display, easy to review tire status. The instructions say, and I concur, that you MUST read the installation guide.

These kind of questions often elicit "what I chose is best".
I think what you will find is that the two more popular and better supported system out there are TST and PressurePro.
I would caution against any system, at any price/features bringing in imported components and selling them through a marketing company who could change vendors and/or go out of business.

My TST system works GREAT. I chose TST because of all the feedback on RVNet about the great support.

Are you trying to make a point about a specific firm and product. If so, for those of us who may be a little slow on the up-take why not just be clear about what you are trying to infer. I for one like to now what folks like and dislike I can then make a judgement. Being obtuse doesn't help anyone....unless of course you really aren't trying to make a specific point other than don't buy foreign.

I have been considering the TST because of the flow thru capability. Do any of the other companies have that capability?

Not trying to be obtuse, but making a list of them would surely leave out just the kind of thing I am cautioning against.
At many RV shows you will find mom and pop vendors marketing products including tire monitor systems. Some may be marketing well-supported products like TST and PressurePro. Others may be assembling components from various manufactures and "marketing" a system. That system may not have any manufacturer behind it for support (parts or technical support). And, if mom and pop decide to drop that line, there is no support.
So, look into the company that made the product you are looking at and make sure you are warm and fuzzy that they will be there to support the product in the future.
