LOL both KOAs in DB are the worse of the pick. With the kids and the bikes, I would suggest you try Nova Family campground or Intl RV park.

We don't mind driving a few hours to DB if that helps provide a better camp ground.
Also they want to go to the beach if the weather lets us.

Any other suggestions?

Sugar mills is a quaint rv park. No pavement, wifi sucks, people are extremely nice and they cater to locals in fla.

I doubt if the kids would really be happy there, but you never know.

The encore resort in Ormond Beach might be far enough away from much of the Daytona Beach festivities, but, seeing that it is right beside the Bruce Rossmeyer Harley dealership, it might still be quite busy around there. Very nice place to stay, though.

Rossmeyers Destination Daytona is the new Daytona Bike Week event center. Very busy there.

If you don't mind an hour's drive, either Ocean Grove or North Beach campgrounds in St. Augustine would be my pick. North Beach is on the North side of town, between the ocean and the intercoastal, Ocean Grove is at St. Augustine Beach, but not on the water. Both are more family oriented. i would not subject my kids to Daytona during bike week.
