I posted in the Class A section , Class A Chinese Motorhomes. Now this is a Class C based on the IVECO Daily. The Daily has a greater GCWR than the Sprinter.

mod ed: fixed "GCWR" terminology

Having dealt with Asian suppliers I still get a chuckle at lead paint comments and smears about tires. The chinese are very smart and learn from other countries on how to domestically produce complex manufacturing tasks. Take the front end of the coah and overhang - notice its one piece from the overhang to behind the chasis cut-out? Just happens most US manufacturers from Elkhart can't even figure this out, even though it's single biggest leaking point on a Class C....

Based on the quality of Elkhart produced units I'd choke down a smirk if I were RIVA or it's members.

Looks like we hit a raw nerve or two by daring to ask if the Chinese use their tires and lead paint on their motor homes, both legitimate questions. Enough of the PC nonsense already, especially when safety is at hand. Get real. Michelin has taken some heat on their tires too.
