Hay all,
Got a small problem with my wipers. They work fine but when shut off they don't return to the center, they stop right in front of the driver's and passengers seat. Anyone out there experienced this? I'm wondering if it is a simple thing like a relay switch or perhaps a bigger headache. Any suggestions on how to diagnose this or resolve it will be greatly appreciated.
The Coach is a 2000 35U Itasca on a Ford chassis.
Thanks

Patrick

Most likely the park feature at the wiper motor has gone bad. I had the same issue on a 1994 Class A and it looked like the only fix was going to be replacing the wiper motor. You can find replacements for less than $100.00 online.

I ended up just bumping/turning the switch a little like you were going to turn on the the windshield washer and could get the wipers back to the normal parking spot down out of the middle of the windshield.

No more rain than we have in Texas, I never got around to replacing the motor before I sold the unit.

Let me know if you need help tracking down a motor.

Michael
