I came across this looking through CL ads. It was made in my hometown, but I've never heard of either Camper Coach or Tru-Trailer Company.

Thousands of Truck Camper brands have come and gone over the years, some were literally build in someones yard in very limited numbers over the past 70 years, some are only regionally sold.

Could not find anything on Camper Coach at all...and Tru-Trailer started in 1943 up in Fresno California and now makes Horse and Livestock Trailers.

If someone wanted to build their own camper that looks to be a sturdy shell to start with .

All aluminum frame and body, likely a small one-off company that died so long ago that it made so few units that it never even made it into the Truck Camper Orphan's list.

I did find a patent for a "Camper Coach" truck camper, though from the early 60s...

That is what I was thinking of building before I found my Avion! Welded aluminum frame and tub, aluminum skinned then fill with your own taste!

That is a great find for some one on the east-coast!

It sure doesn't have the graceful lines of an Avion.
