Last year on our return leg from the OR coast, I had to swap out the driver side rear tire because it had worn the inside tread bald. This morning I took the TT to a local frame shop to get the axles aligned. Will report back the finding later today.

Looks exactly like what I had. Alignment was $190.00 for both axles. The alignment tech said the axles were kinda soft? So he put a little extra camber in.

Some axles, especially on toy haulers, have a slight arch built into them. As weight is added the axles will straighten out. It's much like a flat bed trailer that is high in the center to accommodate the anticipated weight. I found this out when I had the same problem with my trailer. I took it to a local trailer manufacturer and they explained it to me. As long as I am not adding a lot of weight (about 800 lbs. for a cycle) it will cause a little wear to the outside treads.
