I just bought my first RV a 2004 Fleetwood Expedition 38N a few weeks ago. During my first trip out after living in it for a few weeks one of the small crank windows in the bedroom fell off. It looks like the glue was old and I don't believe they had been opened in years as it took a lot of pressure to open it the first time. I called camping world since that's where I bought it. Their parts department referred me to another RV place who said they would help me by ordering a new window. But they want to order the frame and all which is more than I want to pay right now. I just want to buy a tinted piece of glass and glue it back in place. Right now though I am trying to figure out how to go about finding the glass with the right shape and tint and would love any advice you guys can give me.

Look for a stained glass shop in your area or go to a glass shop that replaces windshields. They can both cut to order. The stained glass shop may not be able to do the thickness you need though, but ask because some have special machines that will cut up to 1/2" thick.

Any glass shop should be able to measure, make a template, and order you a new piece of tempered glass. They will probably eve be able to glue it back in for you.
