We were in Manatee Hammock, a beautiful wooded park, camping a few months ago. It was a Sunday and a lot of weekenders were leaving.
My wife and I went for a walk, but the awful smell of grey water hit us. There was a trail of water on the road. We watched while a nice 5'r came by, circling the park roads, and draining their grey water. I see people here acting like you can dump it behind trees or anywhere other than a dump station.
Nobody wants to smell it! Dump like a decent person or go dump in YOUR yard.
A beautiful campground... unfit to sit in because of some fool who is afraid of dumping the tanks the right way. Disgusting.

and.......
I hope you could report it to someone (park ranger, anyone?)
because if I saw that I would be saying something definitely.
BUT it happened to me earlier. at a cg. popup let its dish water drizzle out onto the ground. made me sick. when I left I was going to say something but got distracted with kiddo in the truck etc. It slipped my mind by then. I WISH I had acted when I saw it. take that time to get up to the office and say something. I should have and sorely don't like that I didn't find the time then. best of intentions I let slip by. my own fault on that one for sure.
did you get a chance to report it?

Gray water can be ALMOST as foul smelling as the black tank and still people feel it's OK to dump it on their camp site. Nothing like fouling your own nest (not many animals do that).

Try using your imagination and create a picture in your mind that fits the text description. . Unless of course you mean that you are needing proof - to believe the story.

He should have just dumped it on some grass and hosed it down. Grey water IS NOT like black water, that's why there are two different tanks.

I saw this last weekend and a small RV park. My neighbor didn't want to pay the $8 to dump his GW so just let it trickle out. Goo thing I was hooked up and ready to go. I also seen this done at a car wash. A guy was rinsing off his TT and dumped his GW. Atleast I hope it was only his GW. I didn't stick around to find out.
