Could be lots of things but I would say your battery is junk or the connections to the battery are bad.

Not sure what kind of vehicle you have but for my ford there was a fuse I needed to add to my main fuse panel to get it to provide power to supply the RV and battery. By default if will just power the trailer signal lights, brake lights, etc.

Fridge needs 12V to run. Do you have a battery installed in the TT? Is it charged? As stated there should also be a charging line from the TV.

My battery died this winter. When my TT was hooked to my TV I had running lights but no inside lights. Once I replaced the battery I had inside lights as well as running lights. I would suspect the battery is bad from my experience.

Your truck battery only supplies power for trailer lights (running, turn, brake), trailer brake system and a charge line for trailer battery......minimum charge.

Your trailer battery supplies power for inside the trailer and for the trailer brake in the event of trailer/truck separation.

Your converter when plugged into AC power source supplies power for inside trailer and charges your trailer battery.

From the sounds of it..your trailer battery is:
BAD...replace
Not getting a charge...check converter output/function
Is turned off........isolation switch in off position

You need to find which and correct......
You NEED a good fully charged battery for the 'emergency brake function' just in case the trailer/truck should ever get separated while towing....SAFETY.
