X3 on Reflectix from Home Depot or Lowes. 10' x 4' is about $25, and it is a quick fix to your heat issue, even if you eventually buy more expensive shades. The Reflectix really cuts down on the heat in the front of the coach and the A/C does not have to work as hard.

We have the MCD and are very happy with them. They do a good job of reducing the heat while still letting us see outside.

Ji All.
X2. We made our own from Home Depot also, 10x20 less than $40 dollars. Its in the "Gardening Department". Bought the "Suction Cups"cheap on line.
The way we made ours, is we can use them on the "Inside" or the "Outside", our choice.
Its a nice option to have, depending on the weather.

X2 on Prompt. I have the wheel covers also. WARNING on the wheel covers. They mount at the top with suction cups also but need to be anchored down at the bottom or they can do paint damage in windy weather. There is a metal bar at the bottom that can slide out and strike the RV in heavy winds. I have one compartment door with 15 paint dings because of this design flaw. I use to put a brick on each one to hold the bottom down. I had the seams sewed shut so the the rod won't slide out and mounted two clips on each side at the bottom to keep it down in the wind. Hopefully Prompt has fixed this. The material is top notch and the window cover mounts very easy (one man job) hook and suction cup. I like the see out not see in feature. Very strong. Fair price.

Before you buy any shade check out the Magne Shade. No suction cups, no wires, no bungees, no wrinkles, etc. 10 seconds to put on.

Ours have snaps. On uneven ground and on a ladder, not fun. There has been a couple of times that I couldn't install because standing on a ladder was not an option. To remove is not a problem, I use the awning hook and pop the snaps with a twist. I would think that using twist locks would be a pain to use, especially removing them in the rain.
