So I did a search and came up empty, the deal is we fulltime and we don't use the toilet for any solid waste. We only use it for late night #1 calls, however the paper seems to stay in one clump and not break down.
I did the bottle test and it fell apart immediately on shaking,so is there anything that will help me that is safe for the holding tank? Thanks for the help.

More water.......water is your friend when it comes to RV toilet/TP/black tank.
We have been FT for little over 5 yrs, and have had various RV's over the years.
Haven't used a CG/Park facility since tent camping.
Wait until black tank (and grey for that matter) is almost full before dumping. Then rinse and add couple gallons water back into black tank after dumping.
Enjoy/use your toilet..you know who has been using it
And NO.....you do not need to buy special RV toilet paper.
We use Angels/Charmin/whatever store has.
Remember......when you dump it's going down a 3" drain line.

Are you using TP that is for RV's?
we have a separate wast pail with lid for TP and dispose of it daily in trash- like the old time diaper containers.
Good luck, we have 2 people in our present campground that are having the same issue with TP.
Never RV with anyone crazier than you!!

If you really are worried about it, get a 10# bag of ice, and drump it down the toilet...then drive down a bump road for 5 minutes....that should take care of the toilet paper, as well as any turds that might have been stuck to the walls of the Black tank

Would you call that a , Tissue Issue? I couldn't resist that. I would say more water and single ply tissue.

Here is a link to how to test TP TP Test
Here is a link to RV Digest It. It works in the tank. RV Digest It
You also need to use more water to help soften the TP.

We use angel soft and no issue. Make sure you are keeping some water in the black tank at all times. Also try using the geo method to help keep your tanks clean. You do not need to use the special paper and you do not need to keep the TP out of the tank. You do need to try to use smaller amounts of paper and if you are having a BM or for some reason using a lot of TP, then make sure you add extra water in the bowl before flushing.
