We just upgraded our RV from a 92 Ambassador to a 2002 Itasca Horizon and this rig has a few things I cant seem to figure out. We have a Wineguard Satellite dish with the digital elevation sensor. My qiestion is does the dish only rotate 180 degrees? According to the instructions ( had to use online because there is no manual ) I point the dial to North which I have done, then turn the dish to the correct compass setting for my area and raise the dish to the azimuth for my area. My problem is that when I try to turn the dish it only rotates about 180 degrees and it is is pointing the opposite direction of what I need. How do I fix this? Seems to me I either have to turn the RV around or get on the roof and figure out how to remount the dish. I dont want to break it by forcing it past the stops but it seems to me that it should rotate more than 180 degrees. By the way the RV is level so that is not the problem. Any help out there?
