I have a friend who owns this car. He asked me if he could pull this begind his MH. I said I wasn't sure but would post as message to see what other owners have to say. He asked me:
1) Can it be pulled?
2) If so, what needs to be done to get it ready for pulling?
He doesn't want to get Remco disconnects etc but wants to tow the vehicle 4 down.
If anyone owns a vehicle like this or knows something about this situation, it would be appreciated to hear back from you.
He should read his owners manual under "Recreational Towing" for the specifics but the short answer is YES. There is a sequence to use when getting ready to tow but no modifications other than the hitch and wiring are required to the vehicle. We have towed our MKT for over a year now. These are some of the few vehicles factory supported for recreational towing.

Last time I looked, was thinking about one of these or MKZ, AWD can NOT be towed 4 down or 2 down but as previous poster stated read his owner's manual. It will not only tell him if possible but also any requirements or limitations.
