I was wondering if anyone found a garbage can that doesn't take much room in their HTT. We have one that we keep outside because of its size, and I'm looking for one to put inside.
We buy one of those 2 gallon tins of popcorn at Wall-Marts, and after eating that put a wall-Mart shopping bag in it for trash, works good and you get to eat popcorn also,,,,,,,,,

This is similar to what I use. I have the oval version. Works perfectly and does not take up much space. Perfect fit for plastic shopping bags. Also looks nice.

yea, we have similar one tucked between the cabinet at the door and the back of the dinette, on our 23SS. there's a little triangle-shaped space there that ours fits nicely into.

That is exactly what I'm looking for. We went to Target and couldn't find it. I'll go have a look at Walmart and decide between the 5 liters and the 12 liters. They also have it in black.
We've always used a tall kitchen basket, I keep my extra hoses, power cords etc in it when traveling and when we get to our camp site I take the stuff out of the basket and neatly put it under the trailer, then I put a liner in it and keep it by my back bumper...has worked for me.

We just hang a plastic shopping bag on a handle knob and ask one of the kids to dump it when it is near full. Not much room for a trash can with the other stuff we bring along.

Not exactly a decorator touch, but DH put a nice nickel plate hook that matches others we've used, on the end of the cabinet next to the stove on our 23SS. Simple enough to use a 13 gal white trash bag with the tie and just put it on the hook. I did try making a really cute holder for the trash bag that would cover it on the hook, but it was a PITA to get anything in the bag, so we're back to just a plain white bag.
