I have been doing some reading about the Propride Hitch. Just wondering how difficult it is to install. Also does it need to be adjusted to each trip like my EQ hitch. If so how difficult is it? Thanks

an Equalizer-brand WDH should only need adjusting once, when it's installed. i have never had to adjust mine since it was installed over 5 years ago, because it was done right in the first place.
have no idea why you have to adjust yours every trip, if it's a true Equalizer.
you need to contact the company for help, before dropping thousands of dollar on a ProPride.

I do have the true eq brand. The owners manual and instructions say that it must be adjusted for every trip.

the only thing i could find in the manual that you are referring to, is this:

The setup may need to be changed slightly at times to accommodate changes in your towing configuration, perhaps even during the same trip.
For example, a trailer that starts with full clean water and propane tanks, may tow differently when that water becomes black and grey water, and the propane tanks are empty. Or, a trailer loaded with gear for a long cross country trip may tow differently than the same trailer loaded for a weekend getaway. The driver must be conscious of these changes, and adjust the hitch accordingly.

it says "may", not "required". i think you're overthinking this statement. you really should call Equalizer's customer support, they are really helpful and knowledgeable.
like i said, my Equalizer was set 5 years ago and i've never had to adjust it, other than re-tightening loose nuts and bolts.
