The Open Range brand first began in early 2009 and since then has grown rapidly. We bought our Open Range 345RLS in March 2011 and have taken it well over 10,000 miles and spent a total of almost 6 months in it since then. It has performed beautifully and we're very happy with it.
Check out their web site: Open Range RV web site
and the owner's forum: Open Range Owners Forum
You should be able to get your questions answered at one of those sites.

I'm glad you asked this. I had only ever seen one of these, notable because of it's retractable deck. However, this weekend, there were 5 of them in the campground where I was staying.

This is my second year with mine, Been good Trailer. Had some small issues that were taken care of quickly. Nothing major. Mine gets lots of use every year from early spring to late fall. Right now in the campground I am in I have 4 total including mine and know of one with the fold out deck I see here sometimes.
It was funny, I pulled in on Friday, later in the day another OR pulled in next to me, Then a HR and then another OR. The 4th one is in another location.

We looked at them when they first came out, I really like the interiors, a bit different from the norm. They have a really good reputation here on the forum which is a hard thing to do! I don't like the slide mechanism though, saying that I don't own one so maybe it's ok.

Just checked out their site. Nice looking units. I wonder if they have a TH in the pipeline? The optional patio looks cool.

They used to have TH called Rolling Thunder. I don't know what happened to it. They were on our short list a couple months back when we were looking at new 5ers and seemed like a good unit from what I researched.

We are in our 5th year with our 2009 Open Range. Have pulled it well over 10,000 miles and still like it. Reference a TH, if you call the factory they can custom build one if you so desire. They had one that would haul a full size older Chevy Impala show car. Factory folks are great to work with. Good Luck and Happy Camping.

We are on our maiden voyage with our OR Roamer and so far its has been a quality unit. OR has some very nice features in and outside but they have quarky issues too. The first being the main entrance has no screan door but the main window extends out with a bug screen attached. Another is our unit doesn't have surround sound just four speakers under the LCD TV. The other is the cabinet doors are not as solid as my last Jayco Eagle.
Over all I think the build quality is average maybe slightly above but when comparing to its own class of trailer it stands out!!!

After a 4 month search, with. visits to dealers, Internet searches and trips to 2 different RV Shows we determined that
an Open Range was our choice. We then used the Open Range Owners Forum to ask the opinions of those who have the hands on experience. Lastly We visited the factory in Shipshewana, IN. I am doing this post as I sit here in our first trip in our new Open Range Mesa Ridge,
