I have never heard of the resource that you are looking for. Most of us just pull in and ask at the service counter. If not, off we go. Macktee

Arizona WalMarts
Just change the name of the state in the link to the one that you want. I still verify directly with the store. Red W means no overnights allowed.
By the way, I also like to use AllStays to find Independent Truck Stops too. Look in the upper right hand side of the website.

*any* database of wallys that permit ONP is only as accurate as the most recent report. IMO the *only* way to be 100% sure is to call ahead and ask or at the very least upon your arrival go inside to the service desk and ask. suggest you get the free WalMart app for iPhone or Android which will give you accurate store locations and their phone numbers. other smart phone apps such as the AllStays ($) charge you for information that may be out-of-date and which can be otherwise had for free.
that being said there is a free Yahoo group devoted to this topic and in the file section of that group you'll find the sort of database you're seeking. bill halberstadt maintains that file and he does a pretty good job.
the Discovery Owner's website also maintain a free set of GPS map overlays for WalMart locations and those that do not permit ONP. the overlays are for StreetAtlas, Streets and Trips, Co-Pilot aand maybe one or two others. Find it here. you do not need to be a member or own a Discovery unit to download those files. while there you'll see dozens of other map overlays.
please also remember that just because a particular Wally is listed in a database as not permitting ONP or there are signs in the parking lot stating 'No ONP' doesn't mean that they won't allow it. the listing could be out-of-date or, as we have encountered, the signage permits them to be selective about who can park. those that don't ask permission may be asked to move on.
the key is to *always* ask permission before parking regardless of whether or not other RVs are in the lot when you arrive or what a particular database may indicate.

Remember if you can not find a Walmart- due to city ordinance- you can park at any Camping World- when the cops show up from a nosy neighbor call- tell them you are waiting for the shop to open in the morning for a repair.
Used this excuse in California and Nevada where Walmart camping is a No No..
Have a great trip.
Never RV with anyone crazier than you!!

We have stayed for a few hours late in the evening at WalMarts, rest stops and Indian Casinos just to catch a few hours rest and move to our destination park. I guess the big difference is paying $65 at an RV park for a few hours rest. I have found that by asking Walmart ahead, they will generally say they don't mind, but the police may knock on your day and ask you to move, mainly to prevent squatting.

and be careful...many of the camping world lots have gates and are closed and locked at night. if you're at one of those locations you may be locked in until opening.

We found on our 5000+ mile trip we are just finishing up that the walmarts that are in cities that do not allow it have signs in the lot saying you can't.
W had to move over to a couple of TAs or Pilots on our trip. They allow it all the time.
