Purchased a 2012 Lance 825, Used it almost every weekend for the last 5 months up here in Alaska. No Issues until now, just spent a week camping with my daughter, The second day I noticed the seams in the ceiling are cracking where the Ceiling panels meet. It looks like a coarse seam tape, but one on the overhead is cracking in the middle of the seam, and one is cracking from the light over the sink? Has anyone ever seen this issue, I'm taking it in still under warranty, just curious if this was more of a cosmetic issue> Thanks
If the roads are a bit rough there may be some frame flex going on there.
Give 'em a call...their customer service is normally good.
Jack Cole is the Owner: "We’re committed to good customer service. We have a good quality product. We take care of our customers. We want to help them with their service needs." He's been working there since the company started. I believe Doug Means is the primary contact for the consumer...but they prefer you to have the dealer look at it and evaluate the issues first.

I also have the Lance 825 (2011). I'm not quite understanding the "tape" part of your situation. In my rig the ceiling panels meet below a metal strip textured the same as the ceiling panels. I don't have any tape on mine that I have seen and wondering if they switched materials between the 2011/2012 models.
If you're willing to take some photo's and post them, I will do the same at the same locations on mine for you to compare.

Got the picks and corrected myself. The metal strip is just on the cab over, the rest is like yours. No cracks though and no Alaska like temps either. Let us know how Lance handles it.
