Would it be a good investment to spend the $ for new tires, or would a buyer prefer to pick his own brand.
I would say its not a good investment. I highly doubt you'll get your money back. And someone picky would rather select their preferred brand...

If I were buying used from a dealer I would negotiate tires into the price. If I were buying used from a private seller I would ask but not demand a break on price for tires. If I were selling a used unit I would let the buyer bring it up and go from there.

One may expect better tires (age wise or brand wise)on a Beaver than on a entry level MH. Then again it depends what your're asking for it. If your asking the world for it then I would put in the add that you have brand new tires/or instally tires of your choice as the one
person suggested on this thread.
But then again one hopes to find a person that can appreciate a good coach with new tires. I just bought 6 Michelins 19.5 for my 30 footer and they were 2400 bucks with tax. Great price but it sure wiped out my pocket book.
Best of luck

We would not. We'd let the buyer do that. As others have stated you can never know what a prospective buyer wants...some people will only buy the best tires, other folks will only buy the cheapest. Therefore I'd guess you will have no idea whether you can come close to recouping the cost of new tires, even if you buy the least expensive.

NO.
If it was financially feasible to do so, you would see brand new tires on each and every used car on a dealers lot.
