Vent line fitting/seal gasket is leaking
Drain line into tank fitting/seal/gasket is leaking
Crack in top of tank

You have a leak!

Previous owner was aware of leak..that's why 'hole' is punched in low spot of underbelly.
Need to drop underbelly...check for mold/mildew and locate/fix cause of grey water leaking.

After a trip to CW, the verdict is a cracked grey tank at the top near the neck portion. A few weeks to order the warranty replacement, and we will be good to go!
