How many people here rotate theirs? How often?

It would seem like a good idea to balance tread wear, although most people never wear out their trailer tires. Most people probably don't even put 10,000 miles on a set of trailer tires in their 5-6 year life. And including the spare in the rotation would get a little use out of that extra tire that (hopefully) a lot of us never need.

I have never even considered rotating my radial trailer tires because I thought (apparently incorrectly) that you couldn't swap sides with radials but that rule has changed over time.

You could search this Forum for `rotate tires' and read 40 responses already.
My guess is that most RVers don't rotate their tires but that doesn't make it the best thing to do. I rotate mine about every two years AND incorporate my two spares into the mix.
If you dig around you will find that spares lose something when not used. I can't explain it but I read it somewhere.
Maybe in www.michelinrvtires.com

If I had a dual axle trailer, I'd rotate...

It's my understanding that the rears are subject to "scrubbing" during cornering, and rotating will spread the resulting "extra" wear out evenly over the four tires.

I don't rotate trailer tires. If one or two wore out prematurely, I would suspect an alignment problem.

never

I don't know how many miles it would take to show some wear on my fiver tires. They always look new, even when they are removed for new ones.

I do it just because I will have both tires off on that side anyway when I'm checking the brakes in the Spring time...

I swap the front/rear tires on the same side of trailer.

Don't notice any uneven wear to begin with, but figure it can't hurt as I've already done most of the work already!

My tires rotate every time I pull the 5ver

Other than that, I don't bother. They'll be changed before there's much wear.

I rotate my 6 tires every year when I check the brakes. They are off so why not.And with a tri-axle the rears scrub a lot in tight turns.
