I enjoy seeing these pics! I also enjoy seeing your pics on the popup subforum. Are these considerably more expensive than the US counterparts? Here, they would be about 90K-120K, give or take.

This is not for camping . This is for travelling . I'm sure they cost less on gas than any C and are less expensive to buy than the Mercedes B version.
These are the ideal vehicule for travellers.
Would be curious to know how much they cost in Australia.
Price in US of course.

Yes they are more for Traveling than long term stays. Vehicle could be used as a cars when not traveling. Prices are higher in Australia than the US, but relative prices for a Campervan based on a Japanese or Korean Van is a lot lower than a Sprinter.

Why don't they sell them here.
Anyone know
My wife and myself were checking out models by Horizon Motorhomes, Talvor and Trakka. One problem is the walk space from the drivers chair to the seats could be a bit "squeezy" if you are carrying to many pounds in the Toyota Hiace based model, but not so on the VW. She is interested using the Van as a work commuter vehicle as they all have very frugal diesel engines

Yes prices are higher in Australia, but not as expensive to us as the prices would indicate. Estimates of a Caravan built every 9 minutes in Australia. We are in a RV Boom here. How many Campertrailers, Crossovers, Motorhomes, Motorhome conversions, Slideons etc are built as well is anybodies guess. We have at the moment 90 current builders of Caravans, 10-15 Motorhome builders, about 150 Campertrailer builders about 4 to 5 Crossover ones, Slideons (TC's to you) about 20-21

Getting them organized to do so is another matter. I know ARB organized a Expedition vehicles show in the US recently and displayed Australian Off Road equipment manufacturers , so maybe a company like that?
