Bagman, I feel your pain. I can't wait for College football to get started. I love WVU. First year in the Big 12 and the offense should be loaded as long as nothing goes wrong. Defense is a question mark but I'm hoping they are good enough to hang in with their new conference mates. Going to be a good season I hope. I will miss the Backyard Brawl but hopefully some day both teams can fit the game into their schedules. Most importantly: LET'S GO MOUNTAINEERS!!!

Been on the road for 5 weeks now and have met a few Texas Aggies fans. Asked one of them why they wanted to join the SEC because they would be getting spanked pretty regular.

One woman said they didn't care as long as they beat 'Bama. She became my new best friend!!!

Yeah Bags, getting a little antsy due to uncertainty of the Tiger's offense especially at the QB position. Not really worried about the D, they'll be rock solid as usual. After the Natl Championship Fiasco who knows. Lots of press this week with the SEC Media days happening right now in Hoover, Al., usually in Destin, Fl. Should be a normal season of Smash Mouth in the SEC.

Charlie, the lady you mentioned must have remembered when Bear Bryant came to Aggie Land for the 2+- yrs. and stole John David Crow right off of the LSU campus. Brought him to Bryan where he won the Heisman and I think the Aggies won it all that year. Then The Bear got the offer from Bama and hauled A--.

You better believe it! USC is tearing it up with their current recruiting class. They already have 10 Top 100 National recruits! I'm impressed! Bags.

I agree on the great German food! Unfortunately, I have not been back since I was returning on my honeymoon (almost 24 years ago)!

I am looking forward to both college ball AND our local high school. They are coming off of a state championship season and this will be my son's LAST season in the band. He is also our youngest, so this will be the last year we have a kid at the game. Not sure if we will continue to follow the games or not after this year.

So we are getting pumped for another great season (or three).

GO BLUE & WHITE!

Even with the crushing blow that the program has endured I look forward to a great season. In blog discussions with players and fans it's great to see how everyone is sticking together. The mass exit of players that was predicted doesn't seem to be happening and why???? They're a class act. As the players have said we're more then just a football team here, it's about our fans, students, alumni, faculty, players. Again we're not just a football team but a family. It's probably going to be a very emotional season and the next few as well but I'll be chearing them on as usual. I hope everyones team has a great year.

WE ARE!!!
