Dealer dosent know what size I can put in. Dont want splindine or other rv size wd. would like a apartment size if it will fit. I am sure I wont be able to run both at same time because of amps. That is not a proublem. Does anyone have any ideas as what I can use. Mike

Well brother,
I had same intentions. Settled for the splendale combo tight fit to say the least. Height if in a 5'er is going to b your issue with an apartment size.

Go to Home Depot or Lowes and check out the Whirlpool stackable apartment units. Hear they really work good. Dryer works with 120v.

We bought Whirl Pool stackable. Yes tight but work great. It's the door opening where you run into issue, not interior space of closet ! We removed trim and they slipped right inside! On 50 amp service we run both and two air units! You should have 90 amp converter in the 3750. No problems even here in 114 weather!

X2....on the Whirlpools. Just make sure both units run on 110V...Whirlpool does make a 220v unit in the 27" wide apartment size....our experience has been the same. Removed trim to install and can run both even while running both airs....

You also may want to check on weight capacity of the floor structure where you are going to put your washer/dryer combo or stackables..I was doing some research on this topic and found that most floors where there is a washer/dryer prep, or hook up's is usually rated for 150-175# max. Thus the reason we went with the Splendide 2100XC...Takes up little room and there is just my wife and myself, so another reason we opted to go this route. Also affords us space above the unit to store other things in shelving. Different folks have different needs, the one we chose works best for my wife and I, we also wash and dry the grandkids clothes when they stay with us and it does the job and we don't have to worry about overloading the electcal system when we wash or dry, no matter the weather..

Love my Splendide Aristons. Not sure why you would rule them out.

First, measure the entry door width, Probably around <27". MOST RV stackables are 24". We recently replaced our 14 year old Kenmore with a new one. Kenmore is made by Whirlpool.

Some of the best results have come from using a stackable WD from sears that runs on propane. They provide fast drying without using much gas.
