I have been one of the people that on a few ocasions have been quite critical of the Quality and customer service of the RV Builders. We recently had an experirnce with Crossroads RV, we have 2010 Cruiser Patriot fifth wheel that I need to share. Literally it took one phone call to Crossroads and I was treated in a way I almost thought had disappeared. My thanks to two people and I will share ther names, Randy Mischler and Andi Miles, our sincerest thanks for letting me and my family know there are still some companys that CARE and allow there staff to do it.

I have had great service from Pleasureway--even though I just bought my 2003 used.

Alaska is next! Still trying to fit the pontoons to the RV so We can get to Hawaii!

It's always nice to read these posts and know there are still companies out there that care. Sunnybrook is another one. I bought a used (3 times) 2007 Titan and found a bent and leaking propane line behind a drawer. It was done when they built it. I emailed a pic to Sunnybrook and they sent me to Camping World to fix it and picked up the tab even though it was 3 years out of warranty. We should have a sticky for these types of companies.

Progressive Industries Surge protectors and Fantastic fan are also stand up companies that care.

In my life I've spent my money on women, booze, Harleys, guitars and traveling, the rest I just wasted...
