That looks very cool! Especially the suspension Does it do well offroad?

Not a rugged Off Roader, like the Gall Brothers Kedron Caravans, but has the ability to do a lot of dirt roading, not so severe off road locations.

I love you Aussie's and your campers. There is so much originality and variety there. We get the same old hum drum stuff year after year!

Man O Man! That is one great looking rig! What a frame! I wonder what you would have to pay for an outfit like that if it were made in America? I bet you that one will be around for a long, long, time!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been youtubing some on the Gall brothers off road camp trips. Those trailers built for off roading are impressive. Especially the frame and running gear and the full swivel trailer tongues.

The trailers have to be built rugged as their drug over obstacles on the frames in many places insteard of rolling over on the tires.

And now we know why it weighs 6,200....too bad the RV folks here can't/won't build like that. Amazingly, wonderful. Hats off the RV builders down under....come on over here and show the bozo's how it's done and grab the lion's share of the market here....ala the Japanese auto builders...Toyota has taken Tennessee by storm...or maybe stealth but they have taken it.

Good show !

There are about 10-12 Builders of dedicated Off Road Caravans(Gall Boys) and many others building Dirt Road etc.

Cool trailer ! I want the truck ! Looks like a Toyota ??

Yes it is a Hilux. They are bit old in the tooth now(9 yr old chassis), but bulletproof reliability. A completely new model in about 12 months time with much increased towing ability.

Thee Toyota offerings there seem similar to the Nissan Navara offerings. 3.0L V6 TD might be pretty cool with a 6 speed manual !
No such luck though here in the North American market.
