RV dealers possibly know of someone who wants to sell a toad (that is how I sold one of mine)
FMCA magazine usually has some listed in the ad setion
I checked car dealers and asked if they had any set up for towing. Found about 3 locally that way. Hit and miss if it is exactly what you are looking for.
I bought a used car and then a used tow bar/Brake Buddy and they put on a new base plate and did all the installation and saved about 1/2 the money.

Try Craig's List. As others have mentioned, it is a hit and miss task.
When we were looking for a car that had already been set up for twoing, several car dealers told me they "cut off" the baseplate of any car they get, so they never have a car that is ready to be towed. How true that is I don't know. We ended up buying cars and having them modified by a speciality hitch maker.

I've sold several toads over the years and never once sold one to someone that was glad it was setup to be towed. I wish there was some sort of well known way for people that have spent considerable time and effort to setup a toad to sell to people that were interested in one.

I just sold my Malibu Toad, a well maintained wonderful little driver. Towed like a dream. I sold it to a young man that has no use for the towing equipment. Which consist of a base plate, a Roadmaster Stowmaster stainless steel tow bar like new. All the locks, fittings, quick disconnects, which leaves the car looking like it never saw a tow bar. He wants to sell this equipment because he is not going to tow ever. No dealer would take it as trade, so I sold it outright. The equipment is available for a fair price less shipping.
