The only address we have is our billing address and we never change it. We use AutoPay to pay the bill. I'm confused by your question?

Just checked..........our 'billing address' & 'service address' are one and the same.

And I am not about to change our 'service address' every time we change locations.
I'd be submitting/updating every week or so.
Verizon can figure it out if necessary........
But seeing as how our monthly bill now is only couple bucks different than is was over 5 yrs. ago when we hit the road, don't really thing it is a concern.

I full time and received a letter from Sprint a few weeks ago stating that I was being considered for termination because I was "excessive talking" outside of my home area. I have Sprint's unlimited everything plan. I can't help but wonder if this letter just "happened" to arrive about the time my contract expired? My "excessive talking" is 99% on Sprint's network. I called them and they gave me a bunch of mumbo jumbo so I told them to terminate me anytime they wished. I also reminded them my home area was not served by them at all but was simply an address they just had to have.

Amazing.

I suppose a few of the taxes may be different in some locations. Seems like most people have roaming on their cells so it wouldn't matter about the address. If you are getting a cheaper rate by not having roaming I guess you would incur more charges as you move around.

We pay about $90 a month for 2 cells with unlimited roaming and we also use the phone for our ranch business and don't run out of minutes. We don't have a land line.

I don't understand why you would ever need to change the service address? Mine have always been the same as the billing address. And, we travel quite allot, never had any issues.

Same here. Our bill has never changed and we fulltime. Might want to check your plan.....

We fulltime, been from Alaska to the middle of Mexico (could not use verizon in Mexico). We got our phones while living in Indiana, changed our address to South Dakota, been to South Dakota 2 times in 6 years been back to Indiana about 3 weeks each year. Other than that it is hard telling where we will be. My verizon bill has never changed always constant and I pay it online each month.

The problem comes really , when you have sprint or Verizon and are " roaming " on the others network ( may not show roaming on your device) ... Which is what they have agreements to do at no charge to you so you have consistent cell service. But if you have Verizon , say , and sit in a sprint area where. Verizon has no coverage for a large % of your time they will drop you like a hot potato because you are costing Verizon payments to sprint for roaming on their network. In other words you are not paying enough to cover there cost .. Do it for too long and your not worth keeping.
To the OP ... Leave your service address alone unless you want bill mailed somewhere else nobody I know changes there service address as they travel just be aware 911 services need you to be clear on where you are.

My post's are my opinion The advice, comments etc are free and worth what you paid

Change the service address to a state with low taxes. Use online billing and payments. Save.

I'm paying every month so they can find in in case of a 911 call.
